Sri Lankan roasted curry powder has a distinctive aroma which also gives the authantic flavour to the curries.I love to continue in the footsteps of Grandma Engaline by making homemade curry powder from my kitchen headquarters!

I hand select twelve quality spices, and carefully roast them to perfection. Regardless of your culinary ability or style of cooking, Gold Dust© Sri Lankan curry powder will add a unique earthy flavour to each of your favourite curry recipes. The name Gold Dust© originates from the family's trade as Goldsmiths to the last King of Sri Lanka.

Ever fancied learning to cook lotus root stir fry, banana blossom curry or gotukola sambol?


My cookery workshops take a fun and educational approach which is a popular choice for beginners and groups and we usually cook using Exotic vegetables, Fresh coconut milk, coconut oil and Gold Dust curry powder.

£25 per person for groups of 4 or more.


For a more personal level of teaching I offer one to one courses tailored to your needs for £75 per day.

I offer the same service for two people at the reduced rate of £130 for two.


I work as a personal chef in local clients homes and cook Sri Lankan dinner parties for a minimum of 4 guests from £25 per head inc. ingredients. I travel all over UK for personal chef service ( minimum 10) Menu on request.


I often host supper clubs and pop up restaurants - see my supper club page for details.


I provide demonstrations from £10 per head. It is a fun approach to discover Sri Lankan food.
